Hello Loves, before this post let me just say my laptop screen broke. I am really hurt I dont know where to start!!
so now I've let that out my chest, lets talk about today's look. I am not a big fan of overdressing and y'all already realise how toned down my outfits can be most of the time ... I got this colorful shift dress from the bloggers brunch and its a product of Mayrushonline HEREcalled ORIRE. I love the juxtapose of the pocket side and the simple finishing to this garment, I love how Ankara is revolving from the norm and finding its way to fit into the everyday lifestyle of a Nigerian girl like me !!

BEAUTY PRODUCT REVIEW MADE IN NIGERIA

Hello loves remember when I shared a story of my time at the bloggers brunch HERE in my goody bag there where gift items, which included some beauty products, that I'm currently in love with and guess what they're made in Nigeria. The above picture is a black gold soap (which I didn't realize till i went on their page to know what its about) I'm still figuring out what the eye mask is used for, can someone help me out here? I've just love starring at this product because of the jelly gold look This body spray is magic and just refreshing, although for a long time i've avoided fragrance and just stick to perfumes, this Aqua fresh product became a game changer I'm a fan of L.A girl eyeliner is bae cos it doesn't smudge out so much and this castor oil is a must for anyone with Natural hair (I do have a natural kinky hair)
you can check them out on their IG handles and let me know if your familiar with any of this product and what you think about them

CREAM LUSH

How time flies, feels like yesterday when we all welcomed in the New Year and everyone had goals, dreams aspirations, new rules etc. My year was quite an eventful one wont be able to pen it all here, but its good to still breath in here and be happy in my cream lush gown, which dressed up or down still feels great

LOVE YOURSELF

A lot of people lately have this pressure on them, especially knowing that life isn’t as easy as it should be, so its important you love yourself so as not to enter depression or self pity. God got you…

EARTH TONE COLOR BLOCK

I really did think that color block worked well with bright colors, turns out it isn’t so true. I wore this my earth tone shirtdress with my culottes and y’all know lately I’ve been feeling all retro and have ditched my heels a couple of times for this comfortable sneaks.

RE-NAIS-SANCE

I Shared on my IG page last week, that one of the reasons I really did love reading at an early age where the ambiguous words that I had to learn from picking a book. I used it back then on those who offended me and trust me they picked offense because most of those words were unknown to them at that time. I’ve known the word Re-nais-sance for a while now but it was a vague not so clear definition, so I decided to pick up my dictionary and understand what it stood for, so here we go...

CREATED TO GLORIFY

Every now and then it’s easy to get caught up in who we want to be and forget why we are created. The world and everyone in it including me, on a daily seek new ways to expressing how we feel and who we are and one of the only ways of doing that is true our talent. Our talent, which has been given to us by God, should be used to bring him glory.

WHEN BAGGY BECAME TRENDY

My style is on a constant change, but one thing I try to do is being comfortable with what I wear. A lot of people don’t necessarily agree with me style, I know it but hey sometimes you have to give the least attention to these things. I’ve been meaning to have baggy pants for a while now just for the sole purpose of styling it with this my vintage shoe and shirt. I did like how the picture turned out... what are your thoughts? OUTFIT THRIFT

DENIM OOTD (DIY)

Whenever I need an outfit twist, I usually just look for a piece in my wardrobe to do a DIY on and I transform…Remember this post HERE  I decided against having the skirt long in the way I bought it, so with my sewing skills I cut it to my knee level and hemmed the end. I actually do prefer this style way more than the former

DENIM OOTD

I really don’t have much to say, but I find the arguments that come with neck chockers’ really absurd. A number of people don’t agree with this trend, well I’m one of those that would be neck deep in a trend if I love it? What are you faux pas fashion trends? thanks BLISSB   for gifting me this bag. y'all know this skirt is not new to the blog, so I decided to create an Instagram store to sell off most of my clothing for way less HERE, and this skirt will be up for grabs fastest fingers so follow to be updated....

PARADISE PARK

Growing up we only had the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) or African Independence Television (AIT) or Channels TV, to help keep us busy with Education or entertainment and they did a pretty good job. One series however I loved cos of the comic relief was paradise park directed by Julius Agu although I tried to Google an image of it to show y’all some characters but nothing popped up, but I’m pretty sure those in my age bracket would easily know the program

HOW TO FIGURE OUT YOUR OWN STYLE

I was about to do a regular blog post on color blocking when I saw a message on me giving tips to Identifying ones style, so I decided I’ll just talk about it on this post instead. So keep giving me feedbacks on what you will love to see and I will try to talk about it. Finding ones own style isn’t immediate, especially for beginners, have you noticed that even celebrities try their luck on so different ideas until they come up with what they’re comfortable with then they settle with that (BeyoncĂ©, Rihanna, Alicia keys, Solangeetc) So here are a few tips that would help and you can comment below and let me know what you think
